Privacy promise

Last updated: October 25, 2026

MammaFlow is built for one purpose: helping you track your baby's feeding and growth. That means the data you enter is deeply personal — and we treat it that way.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name and email (and optionally a Google sign-in identifier) so you can log in.
  • The records you enter — feeding sessions, pumping logs, diapers, weights, solid foods and notes about your baby.
  • AI food lookups — when you look up a food, the food name is sent to an AI provider to generate nutrition data. These lookups contain no personal identifiers.

What we never do

  • We never sell your data or your baby's data to anyone.
  • We never use your data for advertising or ad targeting.
  • We never share your records with third parties except the AI provider for food-nutrition lookups described above.

How your data is protected

All traffic between your device and MammaFlow is encrypted with HTTPS. Your records are stored in a private database accessible only to your account, and administrative access is limited to operating the service.

AI features

MammaFlow's assistant answers questions using pre-computed facts from your own logs; it does not browse your data elsewhere. Food-nutrition lookups send only the food name. AI-generated nutrition values are informational estimates, not medical advice.

Your choices

You can request a full export or permanent deletion of your account and all associated records at any time — just contact us. Deleting your account removes your baby's records from our systems.

Children

MammaFlow is used by parents to track their children. The account holder must be an adult; we do not knowingly create accounts for children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page with a new date. Questions? Reach out any time — we're parents too.

The short version: your family's data is yours. We keep it private, we don't sell it, and you can delete it whenever you want.
